Hello
I’M SAGE
A little bit about me
Growing up, my favorite TV show was Charmed—three witches stepping into their power, perfecting their craft, and fighting the dark forces of the world. I loved the mystical, magical shows where no one was bound by the limitations of reality. One of the sisters, Phoebe, was an empath and I related to her deeply. Like me, she felt lost for a long time—until her empathic abilities fully awakened. By the end of the show, she found her calling writing an advice column in the local newspaper. And the moment I saw and heard of such a career choice, something inside me lit up.

From that point on, I knew I wanted to do something similar—to write, speak, an share my wisdom. Not to give generic advice, but to offer channeled guidance that helps people realign with their highest path.

As an INFJ in the Myers-Briggs personality test, therapy and advice giving have always come naturally to me… but now, I get to combine that with my spiritual gifts. So LETTERS just felt like the natural next step rooted in my childhood dream.
fun facts
  1. I didn’t color or dye my hair until I was 27. My mom was a hairstylist and refused to do it—so when I finally got the green light, I went with rose gold.
  2. I’m a magnet for injured animals and creatures that need help. Once, a stray cat with life-threatening injuries waited on my porch—I rushed him to the hospital, and he recovered just fine :)
  3. I have two white cats (Frosty and Winter), a semi-aquatic turtle (Baby Turtle), and seven mice (I couldn’t kill them, so I adopted them).
  4. This is the first painting I ever made. I was 16, and it took me a month to complete.
  5. I’m a really good cook and love using my intuition instead of recipes. It started with binge-watching Food Network for six months straight to learn from the pros, and now I treat cooking like a form of self-expressive art.
  6. I love international cuisines—Thai, Russian, Ethiopian, Italian, and Spanish tapas are my favorites.
  7. My cousin traced our family lineage and discovered we were once noblemen to the Russian Tsar.
  8. I used to be a skilled saxophone player—I even won a first-place trophy playing Mozart.
  9. I earned two full-ride scholarships to two different universities.
  10. I didn’t know how to swim until I was 16. I learned after joining the swim team—one month before a competition. I guess I figured the best way to learn was to dive straight in (ha.)
  11. In sixth grade, I entered the school talent show and sang an entire song in Russian.
  12. One of my all-time favorite activities is cliff rappelling—because I love heights.
  13. I have a knack for interior design, and a clean, beautiful space brings me so much joy.
  14. I hate receiving cut flowers—I can’t enjoy their beauty knowing they’re dying. When people buy me flowers, they bring rooted plants in a pot so I can enjoy them for months or years to come.
  15. Three guesses how I now have over 20 plants and flowers in my home (haha).
  16. I don’t read many books or listen to podcasts. I prefer to receive information through my intuition and wisdom from lived experience.
  17. I met my soulmate when I was 27. It took two years of intentional manifesting, and we’ve been together ever since. We’ve only been apart for four days in the last six years (due to a work trip).
  18. I have a pet mouse that can do backflips. Her name is Flipper.
  19. I’m my family’s go-to person for home repairs—I have a knack for fixing things.
  20. I reached Bodhi (enlightenment) when I was 28.
  21. I don’t buy bread or pizza anymore—I actually bake it (and other pastries) myself using imported Italian flour.
  22. When I was a baby, my mom would blast upbeat music in the house, and I’d fall straight asleep. And now, in order to relax or get a good mood, I blast upbeat music (lol).
